my doctor said that if i wanted to, she could give me a prescription for medicine that helps with my anxiety, bur i don’t have to. I think I may want to, because i think it will really help, but I am hesitant about the idea of long-time meds. i really don’t know what to do. anyone who;s had this option/ what did you pick? if you took them, did it work well?

changes in appitite – always starving
