Can you be kicked out of a charter school for having an anxiety disorder?

One day i accidentally took to many ‘chill pills’ and i was pretty much asleep the whole time i was at school. The next day they sent a letter saying ‘you can only do independent study you can not go to the campus anymore because of your anxiety issues’
Is that even legal?

You were not kicked out for having an anxiety disorder, you were kicked out for taking too many "chill pills" and yes they can do that.
that really doesn’t sound right and if i were you i’d tell somebody.You shouldn’t be kicked out of school for something you can’t control.
