		<description>Yes, it can, if you do hardcore cardio. Try some sort of martial art, where you have to hit stuff, or get a punching bag. There are also some pills that you can take to relax, but be careful with those. For example, vitamin B is good for stress, but it will also make you break out, so you don&#039;t want that when you start college. Chamomile tea is also good for stress.

		<description>Working out really does relieve stress and anxiety.  I also know that a good cup of tea especially  Camomile and lavendar will put your nerves at ease.  Try this with a nice bubble bath or a hot shower put on some jazz get a book or a nice mellow movie and just turn off the phone and relax.  And you can do this after a good work out as well.  With school, friends, and relationships comes stress and more stress.  Sometimes you gotta have some ME TIME!!!</description>

Know that God can help you live a better life if you want Him to help you. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him.
