I am going to college for the first time and feel realllllllly stressed out, particularly when eating out with friends. It is to the point where I often feel nauseous from the stress and occasionally gag uncontrollably. I have even thrown up a few times. I heard working out can help relieve stress but it just sounds silly to me. Can doing some hardcore cardio and whats not really help relieve the anxiety, even if it is for specific fears? Or does anyone else know of other good cures for nervousness?
