When I get stressed there is no way I can eat and so lose weight and don’t really feel too good. Yes, I think stress is a big factor in sickness so be careful.
Stress & anxiety can cause so many health problems, nausea, diarehha, headaches etc. Try and find a solution to your stressful situation so you can move on.Good Luck
Absolutely. It is a common direct side effect of anxiety. Try deep breaths, and eating a little to see if it helps.

Stress can manifest it’s self as an illness. Have you heard the old saying, "I’ve worried myself sick" ?
Definitely. It used to happen to me all the time. Try to relax or talk to someone to alleviate some of the stress and you will probably feel better. In the mean time, sip some ginger ale, that always made me feel a little better. Good luck!
