		<description>Yes! Absolutely. It&#039;s almost a direct by product of it. Anxiety causes lots of stress and stressed people are very very moody and irritable. I&#039;m a very anxious person and I really have had to figure out how to iron out my moods because it was getting to people. I exercise now to help mood, my body and my general well-being. I also make sure I take a break from life every once and a while. No thinking, worries and all that. It&#039;s hard to train yourself to do, but it helps so much. If you pray, pray and if you don&#039;t meditate. It&#039;s an immensely useful skill.
