Yes, but I have anxiety for everything. I feel it 24 hours, even in my dreams. I started to get it when I got a new job last year, it was horrible. I went to work for days without sleep. and on my days off I would feel anxiety.
Since I got fired the anxiety isnt as bad, and i got medication for it so I can sleep.
yes, anxiety can make you feel trapped, because you basically are entrapped in your own fears or concerns. i personally DO NOT recommend taking lorazepame (a generic form of the anti-anxiety medication known as Ativan.) my mother was prescribed this drug for anxiety and it caused more harm than good, but i suppose that all depends on the person.
I think you should hang out with the right people- old fashioned, moral, and mature- before you judge yourself anxious.
