- take a hot bath and listen to your favourite music. Relax your body
- exercise is known to help depression, it can be anything like taking your dog for a walk.
- watch a movie
- take up a new hobby
- get into the holidays season
- do something you always wanted to do but never got a chance.
- Do anything really, just keep yourself busy all throughout the day.
cut yourself…
it helps me…
take a jog,a nap,eat a snack or something. These things can help releave these kind of things. Have a friend help you out.
