Hi,
I don’t know of particular medications that can help you but you may be interested in relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, and especially Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). While this technique may seem a little far fetched, it has worked well for me in times of anxiety.
To simplify it, it’s like acupuncture without needles. Instead, you tap on sensitive points on your body while repeating a sentence, and it somehow clears the stress. You can find out more in the referenced sites listed below:

Also, you may want to focus on your breathing when things gets stressful.
Good luck and try to only worry about things that you CAN control… There is no point worrying about things that you have no control over….
