Anxiety Attacks ????????
Ok so Ive been reading up and I think ive had a few "anxiety attacks".
Im 16 and only had 2 !!
It always happens at school never at home. I just suddenly feel like I cant breath and I have to take deep breaths and swallow constantly to get my breath back and my eyes go all watery. I start to shake a wee bit to !
Why do people get anxiety attacks ?? What causes them ?
I dont feel overly stressed and I dont feel scared at all at school ??? I have A LOT of work this year since im doing 5 higher exams in the one go so maybe im stressed inside ?? I feel stressed sometimes at school due to tests and stuff but not all the time !!

I am always very cheery and happy, I have my bad days obvioussly but not often ! So im clueless to why these happened ??
Nothing ! Just sitting in class writing essay and maths and stuff !

Try to take healthy and quality food and drink. Avoid bad food and drinks.

I feel that St Johns Wort would help you greatly an is a herbal natural remedy, but be sure not to be taking any other medication, as sometimes it may interact with other medicines, or if you feel that you must please consult your doctor before doing so.
It not only helps with anxiety it also helps with depression. I know as I also suffered from anxiety attacks and depression for over a year recently.
Sometimes asthma may be confused with anxiety, so in any case you should consult your doctor.

if u keep telling urself that it is JUST a anxiety attack and it WONT kill u then it should help to releve them. take a deep breath and try to relax (i know, easier said than done). u could always try the nateral herbal remedy called "recue remedy", that stuff is amazing. and u can take it when required.
all an anxiey attack is is a build up of adreniline, that would body does not know how to deal with. its related to the flight or fight response, believe it or not, the best way to reduse the adreniline is deep breathes. it counteracts the effect of the adrenline.
if that really does not work, then i suggest u go see your doc. he can give u meds for this, but its not the best things as meds can mess u up. can also cause weight gain, and im sure u dont want that!! u can also become dependent on them and that can cause more if u "forget" to pick them up wen u leave the house.
