		<description>yes - it sounds just like an anxiety attack - i used to stuggle with that problemand i found medication was helpful - obviously you want to talk to your doctor and see if they have other suggestions first (therapy, etc.), but i low dose of medication (clanazapam) was so helpful!</description>

		<description>Most likely you sould see a doctor first to rule out other causes, if you haven&#039;t already.If you have had the same symptoms many times before and have had no damaging effects anxiety medication will probably help .It also helps me when I feel my particular symptoms to remind myself that I have gotten these feelings many times before and to not obsess over them: this only reinforces your anxiety and will make it worse.If these attacks come only when you are in a particular situation(s) you may suffer a phobia.I&#039;m not a doctor but I could be the poster boy for those suffering from anxiety disorders both generalized and acute.I&#039;ve had them for 20 years and I&#039;m still kicking so try not to woory too much.I know thats hard to do but you have to try.</description>
