Take deep breaths, stretch, stress balls etc.
yes meditating by deep breath and relaxing by playing in the background music such as alphamusic, which slows down brainwaves and helps you relax and stay calm (you are in the state which reflects the state when you wake up in the morning after having a good night sleep). Hope this helps.
Try meditating. You can buy some nice tapes or dvd’s that transport you in your imagination to a nice peaceful place. It’s brilliant – and it is well known that it reduces blood pressure.
