Basically, I use to have anxiety and like a month ago I had an attack. I didn’t know it would be anxiety but sure enough i went to the doctor she said I have it. She told me these 2 techinques ( counting to 10, visualize a place) but it doesn’t help. Now I think its not bad, its stupid, etc. but when i get it, it takes over me. I just want to get it over with, so I could go to camp and not to panic always.
