the important thing is ur concious about and analyze these thoughts and feelings. just dont let that go
I don’t think you are on the verge of a nervous breakdown but are in the need of release of pent up anger and unresolved issues find some one you can talk to that will not opinionated but a listening ear, the more you talk about it the better you feel, seek professional help it does not hurt to talk to a psychiatrist. It does not make you crazy, you are talking to someone that understand the human mind
Your on the verge of something……but on the basis of what you have written you sound pretty lucid for a crazy person – you sound very stressed though.
I think you would benefit from speaking to a doctor about this one – - You can take pills for the anxiety, a class for anger management. Just dont sit there and stew about it.
I would say yes. It is boiling inside you, and one day it will snap.
Mine unfortunately happened on my honeymoon, and that event has ruined my marriage I am currently in.
I have not tried therapy much, but I think it helps, along with a Psychiatrist perhaps, before it is past the point of a breakdown.
I think like this all the time. And I thought I was crazy for along time. I still think I might be for thinking this way. But you need to consider what is real and what is society. As in, your thoughts may be totally normal. Just not how other people think therefore deemed crazy. Doesn’t mean you are. Don’t worry too much about it you can make yourself anxious.
If its really becoming a problem you should seek out a therapists help.
